Love, Joy, Peace...

IMPORTANT

Leadership is a privilege and responsibility. As followers of Jesus, we recognise that God is continually at work and that we are invited to participate with Him, in what He is already doing. Leadership then, is not about us, but about God.

As you fill in this form, keep these two questions at the forefront of your mind:

1. What is God up to?

2. How is God inviting me to participate with Him in what He is already doing?

Furthermore, as you are in a discernment process, ask these questions:

1. Am I consistently investing in my intimate relationship with God?

2. Am I living transparently in all areas of my life?

2. Do I have the time, space, and energy to lead in this season?

3. Am I teachable, humble, and open to learning and growing both personally and spiritually?
